Professionalism. CSC has an excellent reputation in the industry. Our business comes predominantly from referrals resulting from our successful search methodology and the professional manner in which we conduct our efforts.
Maintenance of Appropriate Confidentiality. All privileged information received from a current or prospective club client remains confidential. Our inside-the-industry sources are confidential as well.
A High Level of Ethical Behavior. For instance, CSC will not solicit any manager for potential employment while that individual is still employed by a club at which we have placed that manager.
A Thorough Approach. Our objective is to conduct a successful search that will result in a happy, long term marriage between our club client and the candidate it selects. By definition, this entails a thorough, painstaking effort on CSCs part that includes in-depth verification of a candidates references, background, and education prior to presentation for employment consideration.
Your club can leverage CSCs unique attributes to assure that your search will meet or exceed your objectives. We have a wealth of industry knowledge, contacts and experience. Moreover, CSCs principals, with their past experiences as a club manager, club president and search committee chairman, are well positioned to understand your needs and requirements.
CSC Stands By A Unique G.M. Search Guarantee
If, within two (2) years of employment, your club terminates the employment of any general manager placed through CSC for which CSC has been paid a fee, we will conduct another executive search for your club at no additional charge beyond reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. Our guarantee is unparalleled in the club GM industry.
An Alternative: Search Committee Guidance Service
A club desiring to conduct its own search while at the same time desiring to leverage some of the benefits of a professional evaluation and the guidance of an experienced executive search firm should consider the CSC Guidance Service. This service is designed to help conserve the time of search, leverage our professional experience in the assessment of candidates, reduce search costs, help avoid legal pitfalls, and expedite the hiring process.
Working closely with your Search Committee, we will develop position descriptions and candidate specification profiles. We will utilize our extensive personal network and confidential reference verification system to screen all candidates identified by your club.
We conduct personal interviews with the best-suited candidates and make educated recommendations to the Search Committee.
Additionally, we will prepare an interview guide for the committee as well as provide biographies of the candidates.
This service does not involve assistance with contract negotiations.
Unlike the full executive search, employment will not be guaranteed, as we are working only with those candidates chosen by the club. A flat fee of $9,000, plus out-of-pocket expenses, is payable under the same payment terms as are applicable with our complete executive search.
Interim General Managers
The selection of a new club manager is one of the most important decisions your club will make, influencing your operations well into the future. Your immediate needs for on-site management, however, should not be ignored. CSC is pleased to assist our clients that require interim management during the period of time that an executive search by CSC is ongoing.

The service is designed to assure you of continuous, reliable management for the duration of the search. CSC, with its extensive industry contacts, is uniquely positioned to offer this service to its clients.
