Our fee for a General Manager and Clubhouse Manager search is determined based on the estimated first years base compensation that we believe, after carefully considering the nature and scope of the position, would be warranted to be paid to the selected candidate. As is the practice with retainer search firms, CSC typically invoices a club client for 1/3 of the agreed fee upon engagement, 1/3 at the conclusion of the first month of the engagement and the balance upon conclusion of the assignment.

G.M. Search Guarantee
If, within two (2) years of employment, your club terminates the employment of any general manager placed through CSC for which CSC has been paid a fee, we will conduct another executive search for your club at no additional charge beyond reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. Our guarantee is unparalleled in the club GM industry.

Head Golf Course Superintendent and Golf Professional Search Services

Search Committee Guidance Service
Aalberghi a Hoofddorp flat fee of $9,000 is payable under the same payment terms as are applicable with our complete executive search. Unlike the full executive search, employment will not be guaranteed, as we are working only with those candidates chosen by the club.

Interim General Managers
Paid directly by the club, an interim manager is an independent contractor, without employment status. This CSC service is provided to our client clubs without charge.

Management Consultation
Consultative Services are provided on a negotiated fee basis.

Out-of-Pocket Expenses
Out-of-pocket, reimbursable expenses, such as staff and candidate travel, meals, telephone and postage expenses are reimbursable. These expenses are itemized and typically billed monthly.
