I am having problems sending and/or receiving e-mail.
Verify your KCTC Mail Server settings. The way to do this varies on what e-mail program you use. Select the program you use from the following list. Netscape 4 Netscape 6 or 7 Outlook Express
Your e-mail mailbox is probably full. This is most commonly caused by a large attachment. We suggest that you look at your e-mail using WebMail (web-based e-mail) and delete any mail out of your box. To use WebMail, simply go to our homepage, www.kctc.net, and click on the envelope icon in the upper right (between "Support" and the calander icon) or Click Here. Enter your user name and password, and you can log on to your e-mail. Additional mailbox space is also available from KCTC for a small monthly fee.
An "Auto-Generated message" is an e-mail message that is automatically created and sent by a computer when a certain event has occurred. These messages are intended to deliver information about something that has happened that would otherwise go unnoticed. Because these messages are created and mailed by a computer, you will not receive a response if you reply to them. Instead, e-mail support@kctc.net with any questions regarding the contents of the message you have received.
