To receive early registration discounts, the registration form along with applicable fee must be received prior to the deadlines. Group discount is available. For every five paid attendants receive the sixth free. The discount is eligible ONLY if the registration fee for the five attendants is received in one check. NOTE: NO GROUP DISCOUNT for on-site registration. We always welcome new members to join our fine group. See membership section or contact Theresa@CitizensForQualityCare.com on how to become a TCCGD member. A paid new member is free admitted to this event. Student membership is also available.
