The Drax Hall recreational Marina Village complex comprises the Don Christopher Marina, a canal which follows the original channel of the Spanish Outlook River, and the resort/residential communities on the West and East banks of the marina. Don Christopher Marina, with over 100 slips for berthing and a depth of 8 - 12ft., can accommodate boats up to 65ft. There is provision for special docking facilities for tenders from cruise ships which visit Ocho Rios to allow visitors to utilize the golfing, water sports, shopping and dining facilities of Drax Hall Estate.

The Marina Village complex will include a central facility of commercial space on the ground floor and a Marina Inn on the upper level.
