• The maximum amount of time an account can be suspended is 2 months.
• If subscriber does not request to reactivate account before the 2 months expire, the account will be fully disconnected. To reactivate the account, the subscriber will be considered a new subscriber and pay the $15 connection fee.

service fee will be applied if the forwarding extends beyond the 2 month period.
