JANESVILLE PRODUCTSJanesville can custom-design an insulation system to meet your requirements!!

MARABOND5
A reclaimed fiber product which incorporates thermoplastic binding fiber, needle punched for enhanced mechanical binding. This product contains no phenolic resins and is formaldehyde free. Available in blanks, die cuts and roll goods.

NONWOVEN LAMINATIONS
A variety of nonwoven fabrics can be laminated to Janesville's fiber products for improved aesthetics and surface durability. Sample shown is Maratex with a 50 gms per square of meter non-woven fabric.

MOLDED MARABOND5
This product molds into a variety of shapes at relatively low preheat and chill set compression ratios. Excellent for applications requiring deep draws and conformance to mating materials and surfaces. Excellent shelf life. A non-phenolic product, it provides a non-irritating, environmentally safe, recyclable material useable in composite construction or alone in thermal, acoustical and padding applications.

STRUCTURAL FIBERS
Setubal cheap hotelsUse of special application equipment and chemical solutions offers a range of structural fiber products for applications where tensile, modulus and cohesive strength requirements are necessary. This sample is treated Maratex. It can be molded by preheating followed by compression and chill set.

MARATEX
This is a reclaimed fiber product predominantly, synthetic, mechanically entangled, utilizing a needle punch loom. Maratex is recognized as a cost effective thermal and acoustical insulation. Standard product has one surface coated with, polyvinyl acetate. Both surfaces can be coated per customer request.
Roboticaily applied adhesives on our fiber products are available with release paper for enhanced application and customer productivity. Preapplied hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives are excellent for improving attachment productivity and eliminating employee exposure to potential burns. Janesville offers a wide range of performance adhesives, engineered to specified attachment environments.

COATED FIBERS
Inline coating systems allow for selection of a variety of surface treatments. Most commonly chosen coating material is polyvinyl acetate with or without black pigmentation. Coating applications are applied per customer weight specifications to either one or both product surfaces.

FILM LAMINATIONS
Polyethylene films, in a wide range of thickness, are laminated to Janesville's fiber products. Sample shown is black polyethylene on Maratex. It pro vices an absorber with integral moisture barrier. In many cases, clear/opaque films are laminated, later preheated, and utilized as a clean, efficient adhesive in lamination to mating components.

SPECIALTY FIBERS
Expertise in fiber technology, coupled with state of the art manufacturing capabilities, has yielded specialty fiber pro ducts engineered to meet every customer requirement. The Prospect sample displayed here is a high density poly propylenebased product characterized by high tensile strength, low elongation and strong cohesive bond. Other specialty products are:
Truspec ® Specific grades of reclaimed and producer grade fibers are blended to yield a product that exhibits exceptional dimensional stability and conformance to more exacting dimensional requirements.
Profiler® Thermoformable material manufactured from reprocessed producer grade fibers. Substrate can be mechanically bonded to needle punched carpet. Available in weights from 14 oz/yd2 through 28 oz/yd2.
ProfileS Similar to Profile except a percentage of producer grade fibers are replaced with synthetic reclaimed fibers yielding a lower cost alternative.
