Gold-level support This support level provides 100% of the Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 database administration for production database. This level offers:

• Installation and periodic upgrades to the database software as required by Vendor
• discount hotels in EgerInitial database system configuration
• Installation of statistics collection mechanisms and monthly database growth summaries
• Hourly monitoring of your database for pending problems
• Periodic performance analysis & tuning
• Twenty Four hour support
• Fast response to production outages
• Reporting and resolving all serious alert log messages
• Two hours of dedicated DBA support per month.

COST $1,000/month per database instance.

SILVER

Silver-level support This support level provides basic installation and support. This service is ideal for small companies with very stable databases. This level offers:

• Installation and periodic upgrades to the database software as required by Vendor
• Initial database system configuration
• Installation of statistics collection mechanisms and quarterly database growth summaries
• Hourly monitoring of your database for pending problems
• One hour of production support per month.
• Weekday emergency support from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM E.S.T.

COST $600/month per database.

BRONZE

Bronze-level support This is a one-time package that gets a company started with their Oracle database

• Installation and periodic upgrades to the database software as required by Vendor
• Initial database system configuration

COST $475/month per database.
